Your account

Overview is by invitation only: you can create an account only with an email address we have invited. You sign in with a one-time code we email to you. Codes are for you alone, so don't share them. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Plans and billing

The free trial lasts 14 days. You add a card when you start it and nothing is charged. Unless you cancel before it ends, it then becomes a Monthly plan at £4.99 a month (or Yearly at £49.99 a year, if you switch in Manage subscription). You'll get an email when the trial starts and another before it ends. Each account can have one free trial.

Monthly (£4.99 a month) and Yearly (£49.99 a year) are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You'll get an email before every renewal. You can switch between Monthly and Yearly in Manage subscription; the switch happens straight away, and you're charged, or credited, the difference for the rest of the period.

Supporter is a single payment of £299.99. It never renews, and it gives you Overview for as long as Overview runs. Its perks (the #supporters channel on Discord, the supporters newsletter, your name and a social link on our supporter page, and early access and a say in what we build) are delivered by us, by hand.

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT, or any other sales tax that applies where you are. Your payment is taken by Onelink, Stripe's consumer brand, which sells Overview's plans as the seller of record: it shows as LINK.COM* on your statement, Onelink sends your receipts and the emails above, and it can help with any problem with a payment. If you pay from outside the UK, Stripe may show and charge the price in your own currency.

If a payment fails, you keep using Overview while it is tried again. If it still hasn't gone through when the retries end, your plan ends. Your projects and tasks are kept, and you can choose a plan again at any time.

If you have a promotion code, enter it at checkout.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in Settings, under Manage subscription, or at link.com. You keep Overview until the end of the period you have paid for (on the free trial, until the trial ends), and you won't be charged again. Supporter never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

If you become a Supporter while you have a subscription, the subscription ends straight away. Its unused time isn't refunded automatically or in part, but you can still ask for a refund of your last subscription payment within 14 days of it (see Refunds).

Refunds

Ask within 14 days of any payment and we'll refund it in full: email us at support@overview.works. A refund ends the plan it paid for: a refunded subscription is cancelled straight away, and a refunded Supporter payment ends Supporter. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the law.

Your content

Your projects and tasks are yours. We store them only to run Overview for you, and we never sell them. If your plan ends, they are kept, ready for when you choose a plan again.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll email you before the change takes effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.
